Fellows Tackle Leadership and Health Reform Implementation in San Francisco

The Medicaid Leadership Institute Class of 2011 Fellows attended an intensive three day seminar in San Francisco on February 23-25, 2011. The meeting focused on change leadership and conflict management, operational aspects of implementing Medicaid coverage expansions, and interacting with the exchanges, including topics such as benefit design and eligibility and enrollment systems.
